A person who is not a Vinson Guard employee who nevertheless views the following pages hereby releases and holds harmless Vinson on behalf of himself, his employer, and any third party contractor to whom his employer offers services for any and all damages including death, personal injury, property damage and any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages including but not limited to future and past lost wages, future and past pain and suffering, future and past medical bills, and lost time incurred as a result or allegedly as a result of the implementation of these procedures. A person who is not a Vinson Guard employee further agrees to reimburse Vinson Guard for any and all monies Vinson Guard is forced to pay as a result of the unauthorized viewing and/or implementation of the attached training format including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

A non-employee of Vinson by clicking on “I Agree” warrants that he/she knows that Vinson Guard Service and Detective Agency, Inc. does not recommend to any guards other than its own employees follow or implement the training format to any guard or other employee of any company other than Vinson Guard Service.

The training format outlined on the attached pages simply outline procedures to be followed by employees of Vinson Guard. These pages do not set out all of the training provided to the guards. Vinson guards are trained extensively on procedures not outlined herein and are expected to apply that training to their work in addition to these guidelines. Security Officers may also receive sight-specific training based on individual contracts.
